Carolin found herself burned out after starting her family. She broke-down from chronic and adrenal fatigue. Immediately after, she found herself in a heightened state of consciousness. She reached a point of manifestation where she had to ask her self ‘did I see this then wanted it or did I want it than see it’ as it was so fluid.
She asks her clients to focus on their pleasure. Using all your senses.
Starting in their own body and can be as simple as finding pleasure in your own breath.
