I love chatting with local Everyday Inspiring Women. I get to see them first hand in the community but also get to know a different, slightly more vulnerable side.

You touched on so much growth but the common theme that I kept hearing is one of taking action and listening to what you need and what works best for you. Each time an opportunity presented itself, trying dance for the first time, focusing on your self-care, teaching an underserved demographic and shifting your business, you tried and have seen such positive benefits. They were not without their individual challenges, but the reward was far greater.
